Chef Series Oysters 2020
This winter our Chef Oyster Series lineup is top-notch! Featuring 8 of Chicago’s best chefs, each week offers a new and creative composed oyster for just $4. 100% of the proceeds go to benefit Shedd Aquarium and it’s conservation efforts in habitat reconstruction, beach cleanups, the Chicago River floating garden, and their sustainable seafood program.

ABOUT THE WRAP PARTY
Portsmith is excited to announce the conclusion of our third Chef Oyster Series with a Wrap Party from 6pm to 9pm on Thursday, January 23. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Shedd Aquarium and their conservation efforts.
The $35 ticket to the party includes the top three oysters from the Chef Oyster Series, oyster shucking stations, sustainable seafood hors d’oeuvres, and two cocktail drink tickets.
There will also be conservationist speakers from Shedd Aquarium, as well as speeches on sustainability from some of our chef partners. Be sure to enter our raffle to win prizes from some of Chicago’s best restaurants – all benefiting Shedd!
